As some of you know I had to cancel our October retreat. This decision did not come easily, especially as everything was perfectly organized down to the last detail. I’ve been struggling with the feeling of letting you down, and the sleepless nights have been difficult. However, I realized that as a mom of a teen who currently goes through meaningful events that may change trajectory of his life, at this time, my family has to come first. I have to concentrate on this without running all over the place, trying to be everywhere, thinking all the time about staying engaged or following algorithms. I realized I may wear myself completely in the process and we do not want that!

Due to a major scheduling problem, and the fact I am not able to be in multiple places at the same time, I had to make the decision that’s best for everyone, including my own mental well-being.

During this time, I’m focusing on plans that are beneficial to all, that will create smart outcomes and help me stay efficient.

I’m making some important changes regarding Bellwether. While I’ve been curating these experiences for women, I also want you to get to know me—the person behind Bellwether. As our tribe grows, it’s important to me that we grow closer too. I plan to share more behind-the-scenes moments, show how I use my energy, and create experiences that mean so much to all of us.

In addition, I’m excited to share that I’m in a process of designing a brand-new website and engaging in new exciting collaborations! As a busy mom, I’ve realized I can’t do it all alone, especially when it comes to social media. I am currently looking from someone with a fresh perspective, someone young, passionate, and ready to dive into Bellwether’s vision.

If you know anyone who’s looking to grow their portfolio in social media management, web design, or branding, please let them contact me! I’m looking for someone who can help bring everything together cohesively and with the highest quality, while I stay actively involved. It’s about finding balance and working with people who are just as excited about this journey as I am.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. It truly means a world to me!

Please, stay in touch and happy weekend to all!

With love,
Aggie
