Great Barrington – Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing & Payment Information

  • The total cost of the retreat is $1,699, which includes a $299 deposit (not an additional charge).
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed installment schedule:
    • The first installment includes the $299 booking fee.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full by June 1st, 2025.
  • Late Check-Out Sunday: Guests can relax and enjoy almost a full day of additional services before departure.

We accept the following payment methods:

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

  • Before April 15th, 2025: Full refund (including booking fee).
  • April 15th – May 8th, 2025: 50% refund (including booking fee).
  • After May 8th, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Waiting List Policy

  • If placed on a waiting list, a $99 refundable booking fee is required.
  • If a spot does not become available by June 1st, 2025, the full $99 will be refunded.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund, including your booking fee.

3. Additional Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time upon receiving the cancellation request.
  • By submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
